Interface Mission Statement Help & FAQ Contribute Future Plans More Tools About David

Welcome to the beta version of the BioEngineering Informatics Interface (BioEInfo) project! It is a web-based computational suite of integrated tools that facilitates research in Quantitative Biology, Synthetic Biology, Systems Biology, and Bioinformatics.

Created by David Tulga, a UC Berkeley Bioengineering student, the purpose of the BioEInfo project is twofold: to improve the current process by which genomic systems are designed, and to encourage greater collaboration between research labs worldwide. Please feel free to provide feedback, review the FAQ, read the project's mission statement, contribute tools for integration, or see what's in store for future versions. To begin, simply paste in a sequence you would like to analyze into the interface below. BioEInfo requires javascript and Adobe Flash 9 to be fully functional. You may also have to disable popup blockers for certain functions.  Also, many other useful tools are available in the More Tools section.
